Hello, my name is Kent, and I love learning new things.
Really. Learning stuff is one of my favorite things to do. You could say it is a passion of mine. I'm always teaching myself new things.
About fifteen years ago I taught myself how to build websites, and now that's one of my favorite things to do also. I love combining the two-website building and learning new things. A few years ago I decided I wanted to learn all I could about cheese, and so I created a site about cheese. Last year I decided to teach myself how to speak Esperanto, so I created a blog about language learning. Lately, I've been working on learning more about web development
Quadcopters is something I've wanted to learn about for quite some time now. I saw a video a while back about all the cool things they can do. I assumed that buying a drone was out of my price range. Boy was I wrong. There are tons available for less than 100 dollars.
So I bought four of them. I was surprised that the most expensive of the four wasn't even my favorite. Flying quadcopters can be a little challenging at first. I've had plenty of crashes. I got one stuck in a tree. One of them is broken (but not beyond repair).
But flying quadcopters is so much fun. I love it. And I don't even own one of the fancy ones yet.
May I suggest reading one of my quadcopter reviews? My favorite one so far is the Syma X5C, but that may change.
I believe honesty is the best policy, so I wanted to let you know that there are affiliate links on this site. What does that mean? Basically, I have links on this site that go to sites like amazon.com. If you click on one those links, and then make a purchase, Amazon pays me a small percentage of the sale, at no extra charge to the site visitor.
Even though I get paid for sending you to other web sites where I'm hoping you'll spend lots of money, I still do my best to be honest in my reviews. In fact, my commitment to honesty is one of the reasons I'm telling you this. Not all of my outbound links are affiliate links, but enough of them are that I want to be upfront about it.
